Do you find it really difficult getting to sleep at night and find yourself tossing and turning long into the night? If so, you should consider replacing your mattress or your divan.
Mattresses are very important to our health and they should be replaced every five to ten years to ensure that you are getting the best nights sleep possible. However, if you do not choose your mattress correctly, it can lead to having very uncomfortable nights of sleeplessness.
You will need to decide what sort of support your body wants and needs when you are sleeping. You may want to choose one of the more modern types of mattress such as a latex or memory foam mattress, whereas others prefer to have a pillow top mattress or a pocket sprung mattress. Each of these different types of mattress have their own pros and cons and you will need to weigh these up when you are deciding on which mattress to choose.
It is vital as well that you get the right hardness. A mattress that is hard will mean you can move around more freely in the night, whereas a softer mattress is perfect for those who do not change their sleeping position during the night.
Buying a mattress online does have it’s drawbacks in that you can’t physically try out the mattress before paying for it. Comfy Living have got a great returns policy for mattresses:
As with nearly all mattress retailers we are unable to accept “used” mattresses for return for health and hygiene reasons. By used we mean mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging. Therefore we would strongly advise that customers that buy mattresses try them on their beds with the packaging on them first, and only remove the packaging when you are completely sure that you are happy with the product. The Buyer may cancel their order at any time between its placement and up to seven days after its delivery. After delivery and up until the 7th day, we charge £30 to collect which will be deducted from the refund costs.
