At Comfy Living we have tried to make the delivery process as smooth as possible to make your lives easier. Please check the item description for specific delivery times.

All deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm on the next working day from point of order and payment (if ordered before 1pm) unfortunately we are unable to give more specific time slots. Please ensure someone is home to take the delivery or provide us with specific delivery instructions at the time of ordering. (example: Please deliver to my neighbour at no. 30)

We can arrange a specific delivery date if you prefer but this must be done at the point of ordering.

Please beware if you have ordered a product that requires a colour choice we must have this information before the 1pm deadline to qualify for the next day delivery. We are unable to despatch any orders that require a colour choice until we have been notified of your colour choice.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged although this needs to be done at the point of ordering. Saturday deliveries incur an extra charge of £30 and take place between 8am and 12pm. If you wish to have delivery on a Saturday please contact us to make an additional payment at the time of ordering.

Please check your eBay and Paypal address details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid items being shipped to the incorrect addresses. We cannot be held responsible if you have purchased an item and given us the incorrect delivery address. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and the delivery has been sent but not yet delivered, we can arrange to re route the item but this will incur additional charges and may delay the delivery date.

Delivery example:

Order placed on Tuesday at 12pm – Delivery would be on the Wednesday
Order placed on Tuesday at 2pm – Delivery would be on the Thursday

Order placed on Friday at 12pm – Delivery would be on the Monday
Order placed on Friday at 2pm – Delivery would be on the Tuesday

Whilst we will endeavour to meet our quoted delivery dates we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control. If such delays occur we will contact you as soon as is possible to advise of the likely delivery time-scale.
