At Comfy Living we try to make the delivery process as smooth as possible to make your lives easier.
Order before 3pm for Free Next Working Day Delivery (see conditions below).
IMPORTANT: We regret we are currently unable to deliver to Southern/ Northern Ireland or any these postcode areas: HS, BT, JE, GY, IM, ZE, PA20, PA42+, IV40+, KA27, KW15+, PA60-78, PA80-88.
We only deliver to the UK. Please see our list of postcode areas that may incur an additional charge and may NOT be subject to our next day delivery service: KA (not KA27), TR21-25,PH1-18, AB, please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery no extra charge Deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm on the next working day from point of order and payment. If ordered over the weekend please allow for a Tuesday delivery. Saturday deliveries can be arranged this needs to be selected at the point of ordering. Saturday deliveries incur an extra charge of £30 and take place between 8am and 12pm and the order cutoff is 12noon on a Friday for next day Saturday delivery. Unfortunately we are UNABLE to give more specific time slots until 2pm - call 0845 388 0934 for an update after 2pm on the day of delivery. Comfy Living uses a courier company to deliver all items, up to 10,000 items are delivered every month - whilst the courier company fulfils in excess of 99.6% of deliveries on the day specified unfortunately there will be rare cases where the delivery could not have been made for some reason. We cannot compensate in these cases (such as time taken off work etc) as much as our courier company strive for 100% fulfillment delivery rate, with over 120,000 deliveries every year, please understand the courier's capacity. Please ensure someone is home to take the delivery or provide us with specific delivery instructions at the time of ordering (example: Please deliver to my neighbour at no. 30). Please note the courier drivers are not insured to carry items upstairs/into a property. It is recommended not to dispose of your old bed in advance of delivery to safeguard against unexpected issues. If you are out on your selected delivery date we reserve the right to charge £5 for the failed delivery.
Ensure your address details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid items being shipped to the incorrect addresses. We cannot be held responsible if you have purchased an item and given us the incorrect delivery address. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and the delivery has been sent but not yet delivered, we can arrange to re route the item but this will incur an additional charge of £5 and may delay the delivery date.
We will endeavour to meet our quoted delivery dates, however please be aware occasional delays beyond our control can delay deliveries i.e. weather, traffic, etc.. If such delays occur we will contact you as soon as we are informed by our courier to advise of the likely delivery timescale.
You'll find every product shows it's own delivery time and when you are ready to checkout, a selection of delivery dates will be shown, so you can choose one that suits you best. Some items which are delivered directly by the manufacturer will show a guide delivery time and will be booked in by our customer service team.
